INGREDIENTS
5 Eggoz eggs (boiled)¼ cup onion (chopped)2 tbsp parsley (chopped)2 tbsp Peri PeriLettuce5-6 tomato slices
Procedure
- Take 5 eggs and boil them in a pot for 8 minutes
- Cut the boiled eggs into half and keep them aside
- Take one boiled egg and carefully scoop out the egg yolk with a small spoon
- Chop one egg white into small cubes and mix it with the egg yolk. Keep it separately in a bowl.
- To add a tangy and spicy flavor, add peri peri spice, parsley, and onions into the mix.
- Mix all spices and vegetables completely in a bowl.
- Take the leftover boiled eggsTake one half-boiled egg. Make it into a small burger, put lettuce and a slice of tomato on it.
- If you like it spicy, add another layer of peri peri mix to it!
- Cover them with the other half egg and close with a toothpick. Such a bite-size food! Repeat with the leftover eggs!
- Sprinkle some peri peri spice and garnish with a healthy quantity of parsley
- Enjoy as your evening snack or post-work meal after the gym!
