Biosecurity Check
Biosecurity measures ensure hens are provided with a secure environment so that they live healthy and cared-for lives.
Temperature Check
Eggs are stored and monitored at favourable temperatures to preserve freshness and quality throughout their journey.
PH Freshness Test
Eggs are thoroughly checked for freshness and quality, and only those meeting the standards are approved and moved forward.
Yolk Test
Yolk colour, texture, and consistency are closely examined, and if eggs fail quality benchmarks, the entire batch is rejected.
Shell Strength Test
Shell strength is important for strength and durability, and weaker eggs are rejected to ensure safety and protection.
Candling
Each egg is examined under light to detect cracks or internal defects, and imperfect eggs are filtered out.
UV Sanitisation
Eggs are treated under UV-rays to reduce harmful microbes on the shell without using any chemicals.
Grading
Eggs are carefully graded for uniform size and quality, with only the qualified eggs making the final selection.
Microbial Test
Eggs and equipment undergo frequent microbial testing to ensure they meet strict hygiene and safety standards before reaching consumers.
