Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 2-3 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1-2 tablespoons chilli oil (adjust to spice preference)
  • 1 cup cooked rice (preferably day-old rice for the best texture)
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • A handful of chopped spring onions

Step 1: Prepare eggs
