Ingredients:

Minced chicken

1 small onion, finely chopped 

1 green chili, finely chopped 

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 

1 teaspoon garam masala 

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro 

Salt to taste 

1/2 cup breadcrumbs 

1/4 cup all-purpose flour 

Oil for frying 

Instructions:

1. Mix the potatoes

In a bowl, mix minced chicken, chopped onion, green chilli, turmeric, red chilli, garam masala, cilantro, and salt. Mix well for a smooth, seasoned dough.

2: Wrap Eggs

Use your hand to flatten a little amount of chicken mixture. Create an oval kebab by placing half a boiled egg in the centre and carefully wrapping the meat mixture around it. Repeat with all egg halves.

3. Fry-ready

Moderately heat oil in a pan. Cook the coated kebabs for 4-5 minutes in heated oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Drain oil on a paper towel.
