INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Eggoz eggs
  • 60ml milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 125g Almond flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • Butter
  • Choco chips

PROCEDURE:

  • Take a bowl and whisk together all dry ingredients
  • Take a separate bowl and beat egg yolk and vanilla essence together. Add in the dry ingredients and mix everything well
  • Melt butter in a nonstick frying pan over medium-low heat
  • Add the batter and cook until the edges are set, about 2-3 minutes, using a couple of heaping teaspoons of batter
  • Cook for another 2 minutes, or until golden. Repeat with the rest of the batter
  • Serve the pancakes in tiny stacks with blueberries/strawberries on top. You can also drizzle them with honey
